Meet our founder
The founder Director is a post graduate in Food Biotechnology and Ph.D in Food Science. Her teaching & research experience in Food science and technology, spans more than two decades in various organizations of repute. She is a lead auditor for CQI and IRCA Certified ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System and has also done a certificate course on Food & Health from Stanford University, USA. Has authored numerous research papers, articles in reputed magazines and various chapters in books. Her book on Food Safety is on the way to be published soon. Her vast teaching and research experience in the field of Food Technology and Food Safety prompted me to start her own Food Start up by the brand name Snackingo to promote healthy Snacking as she found a big gap in the market for healthy and safe foods. Her PhD research involved study of nutraceutical significance of Desi Chickpea in diabetic and Dyslipidaemia patients (People having elevated sugar and lipid profiles). On obtaining significant impact on reduction of both sugar and lipid levels post her study she decided to spread not just her knowledge but also provide a solution to the increasing health crisis of these diseases that have become a global concern as a means to pay back to the society.
